As we provide digital products and services, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased digital products or services.

Access to digital products will typically be granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment. For custom services, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to begin the service process.

Delivery Method

Delivery of digital products and services will be through one or more of the following methods:

  • Direct download links sent to your registered email
  • Access credentials to our client portal
  • Setup of requested digital services on your platforms

Service Interruptions

In case of any scheduled maintenance or unexpected service interruptions, we will notify all affected customers through email and provide estimated resolution times.
